Thibault GUILLEMIN

Thibault Guillemin is a preferred contact of companies and their managers facing complex issues and reputational risks. He advises as well as litigates on situations entailing simultaneous regulatory, corporate, criminal and social aspects.

He leads our Ethics & Compliance practise. Matthieu Bringer assists our clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as financing. His client base is mainly international and composed of both listed and non-listed companies, private investors and family shareholders for their development and restructuring transactions.

His abilities include corporate law as well as all transactions covered by corporate law, including transnational acquisitions and sales, fund raising or stake acquisition, financing of acquisitions or assets, restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
