Matthieu Bringer assists our clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as financing. His client base is mainly international and composed of both listed and non-listed companies, private investors and family shareholders for their development and restructuring transactions.
His abilities include corporate law as well as all transactions covered by corporate law, including transnational acquisitions and sales, fund raising or stake acquisition, financing of acquisitions or assets, restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He advises several foreign company groups for their French subsidiaries and also assists corporations with French shareholders only. He further assists financing investors.
He has been active in many important transactions in fields as varied as the building and construction industries, new technologies, media, industrial engineering, detailed logistics and protection equipment.
Being admitted as an attorney both to the Paris and the New York Bar, his assistance is valued for transatlantic transactions and our clients appreciate his good knowledge of French and Anglo-Saxon environments as well as his network in these environments.
