Anouk BREJON Associate

Anouk Bréjon assists French and international clients in criminal and commercial litigation, as well as in white collar crime, at each stage of the proceedings.

She prepares their defence before civil, commercial and criminal courts.

She advises listed and non-listed companies in compliance and risk management matters. She notably assists them in setting up, assessing and implementing their compliance programs (anticorruption, devoir de vigilance, etc.) and in conducting internal investigations.

Before joining Guillemin Flichy, Anouk worked in the litigation department of a top-ranked French law firm. This first experience gave her the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in both legal advice and litigation matters.
